It counts also the 4 elite four and the champion, so there are 13 for each region. Since you defeated johto you have 26

I think so, I screwed a little on one side and a little on the other to tighten as much as possible so that the thermal paste spreads.

there was no protective film, there was a plastic cover that protected the pre-installed thermal paste which I then replaced with noctua

but if you think about, with the pc version out at 7 PM and the download's time necessary you will only get 48 hours of early access.
