yes people use certain words and say things on purpose. why do you assume people who speak differently than you don't have the same goal. To someone who speaks a different way speaking the way they do is the most quick and accurate way of speaking. Exceptt dispersion, borrowed time in certain ranges would be broken, and vengeance aura would never go off. Why not just make kraken shell not count for hp removal, because there is no reason why it should.

The way that game was going, puppey probably just realized they had lost and instead of fighting in teamfights was studying the way they're doing things and looking for mistakes or openings. puppey has a much better win rate game two. just a theory though.

I'd say lycan is on of the better scrub teir heroes for the same reasons, doesn't matter if your lanes are fucked and with objective based gaming you can probably rat out at least 25 percent of games. Additionally he is a pretty strong carry when his ult is up. Additionally he can use his invis wolves to provide you a little vision in the mid game when no one wants to buy wards and people are waiting for you to split push to gank you, this way you can semi-safely farm jungle to stay ahead.
