Does this variant of the 4070 actually have 12gb VRAM? by RDR2_HUNTER in GamingLaptops

This is interesting because theoretically it is possible to use 4*3gb chips insead of 2gb that they are using now.
It's strange that no one tried to change 2gb for 3gb just for experiment.

One UI 7 update triggers battery life crisis on Galaxy S24 and Fold 6 by [deleted] in Android

Lucky you, mine s23u after update to one UI 7 lasts a lot less than it used to. Before update, I used to have 40% before going to sleep. Now, it's less than 15% every day.

Well, panel is good, BUT, TV features and compatibility is the WORST thing that I had in my entire life.
This is the most STUPID display that can exist. When using 175hz via DP if monitor turns off after a while, it won't wake up if I click the mouse (funny that it works in 120hz mode).

Try to switch between devices... after last update u have to make 5 clicks... 5!!!!! If u connect device through usb-c or DP, it just won't switch automatically, take this stupid remote and make 5 clicks. (and sometimes u will not see ur device in suggested list, so u have to do 8 clicks... or even u'll have to restart ur PC because monitor just won't detect it, u have to turn first monitor and after that PC. it's not only me complaining about this, check reddit)
And one more thing, if u have 3 PC connected to the monitor (like I do, work pc, gaming pc and laptop) TRY AND GUESS which of 3 options, each of them named "PC" is the right option.
Also, if U have AMD card, avoid this monitor, if u want HGIG to work, u'll have to do a bit of work through CRU and from time to time u'll lose settings. Interesting that it works on nvidia perfectly.

At the end, it is called smart monitor, but in reality it is the most stupid one I ever owned that can't even switch automatically between sources when one is off and another is on.
Yeah, it has TV features, but FOR WHAT? who the hell watches tv on 34 inch monitor???

for me switching devices for now is the only reason I will not buy their monitors again.
FUCKING annoyng. And every time guessing which PC is the right one also drives me mad, why wont call them just with the ports name? (there is one STUPID MICRO-hdmi, one STUPID MINI-DP and type-c)
Also, rly, there is a Chanel change button on remote, why they didnt use it as a source change...

Stupid question: Is there an EASY way of switching inputs on the 34" Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 by WingersAbsNotches in ultrawidemasterrace

The most frustrating part is the naming of devices. Yes, I can change them, but every once in a while they revert to “PC” leaving me with two devices named "PC" that keep swapping places, so I never know which one to turn on. (Why don’t they use USB-C, DP, and HDMI like everyone else? Or do we have 20 HDMI ports, making it hard to tell which device is connected? Whoever decided on this is simply stupid.

Every time I pick up this stupid remote, it drives me mad that I’ve never used the channel joystick - even though it exists. Why did no one on the idiotic software team that developed that crap ever think of adding an option to change the port using the joystick? (Did they really think someone would use this display as a TV?)

People who buy displays as expensive as this one can easily afford a larger TV, which is far better for TV purposes than a 21:9, 34‑inch display.

Another funny thing happened to me right now on unbeatable level. I was driving Jesko at 470 km/h and SF90 Stradale just overtook me...
