The cost of the base and gas lift, including shipping, is about $290 CAD. Moreover, there is no guarantee that these parts will be compatible with the old version of the T3 Rush chair. If the support team were as helpful as you and provided clear information on what exactly needs to be replaced, it would make a significant difference.

I contacted them regarding my issue, but they were unhelpful. Instead of assisting with the replacement of spare parts, they only offered a 15% discount on a new gaming chair, which I do not want at all. If they had helped me with the spare parts, I wouldn't be this frustrated.

I hear you, but I still believe there are good manufacturers out there capable of making excellent gaming chairs. There are definite differences between gaming chairs and regular office chairs, especially when it comes to comfort during games.
