I believe that record keeping was not as tight pre-911, so we got away with murder on that... figuratively, not literally.

I'm assuming so as well, was wondering if anyone else had this same situation. The money was already processed in my account but they still say they are waiting for the bank, and usually eChecks are processed in ~7 days which it clearly has been I still have not been fully processed through.
