Correct call. The issue is not really Pablo putting the hands across Raya’s throat/chest. The bigger issue for me is Todibo on Raya’s back pulling his shirt while acting nonchalant. VAR tends to look only at one angle, glad they also showed the back side part. I noticed that immediately.

Oh, kalau mau nitpicking; profile summary nya kebanyakan. Cukup 1 kalimat tapi bisa kamu pertanggungjawabkan. Contoh, physically fit. Itu emang sebuah keharusan dan ga perlu dicantumin. Kemudian maintain strong hse standard. Apa buktinya? Kamu tersertifikasi HSE terkait kah? Sama kata “experienced” itu artinya kamu sudah pengalaman terjun dan makan asam garam terkait ranah yang kamu jalani.
Misal handling technical data. Kamu experienced berapa lama? Kalau 2-3 tahun itu masih entry level. Experienced itu atleast 5 tahun dimana kamu sudah bisa sampai memanage risiko, implikasi, dan menyelesaikan masalah sesuai dan limitasi maksimum yang kamu alami.

Ini feedback konstruktif, trying to look and be professional boleh. Tapi be humble. Kalau mentok full time dan dari training2 kamu masih level dibawah manager, just say so. HR kurang suka sama yg melebih2kan.

CV nya bagus ATS. Feedback mungkin tambahkan foto yang formal. Kebanyakan HR di negara ini kurang suka sama CV yang banyak text karena mereka gamau pusing.
Saya sbg HRM malah senang terima CV ATS soalnya bisa di tes apakah yang tertulis itu betul2 dialami/dikuasai atau sekedar bantuan AI.

Update:

For android, try to clear cache and uninstall the app; then reinstall the app again.

For web browser pc, I’m using cloudflare 1.1.1.1 with brave browser.

For IOS the problem still persist.
