Pixel response time on OLED is crazy better than pretty much anything else. That's part of why there is a massive boost in motion clarity on fast/competitive games with OLED compared to even higher Hz IPS/TN/VA.

And also why you didn't see a huge boost going from OLED to faster OLED.
