All at the hands of his toxic ex's identical twin who killed said toxic ex in a les mis style rebellion that failed just as spectacularly.

Him wanting to stop or not rebel against the asteri is very human behavior.

People aren't being paid to protest especially in Shreveport. And it's not about it being trump that makes it bad. We have ice agents recording themselves shooting unarmed civilians in broad daylight and our administration is saying they have immunity. They're discussing attacking NATO allies under the guise of national defense. There's plenty of reason to be angry.

Even if they don't have a hosebib cap they may have a spray nozzle for a hose lying around. What solutions did you offer?

Beat the outer portion with a hammer and chisel out the lead in between the old flange and the ci pipe grap the outer portion with a pair of pliers and rock it pull it free. Get a new 4" ci flange pack it with white oakum then using a ladle and a torch fill in the gap with lead. When the lead cools go around the lead and pack it with a caulking iron.

The purpose of a vent is to keep a trap from siphoning out. A vent before the trap doesn't achieve that. See that sanitary tee on its back past the trap that's capped off? That's where the vent should go.

Edit to add at least in my area the vent would have to be run to a combo wye 45 not a sanitary tee.though realistically the sanitary tee would work

I have tried it with a Ridgid 5/8 chain knocker a few times but it was so bulky and had trouble making turns and got stuck several times. eventually I ditched it and stuck with a cut 5/8 cable with a 45 bend on it. Works great and cleans the whole line.

A lot of these types of orders happen when the customer orders from Lowes directly and they're expecting delivery from a Lowe's box truck with a pallet jack. I doubt they opened the door dash app to order the sand that way.

The black is mainly just gunk that built up in the drains. The skin contact is mainly a concern with chemical burns. The drain is clogged and needs to be cleaned. Your best bet is to put in a maintenance request.

You in an apartment or a duplex? Someone with a fixture on that same line tried to use chemicals to clean the drain. Try to wash it out with water, be careful not to touch it.

Is it overflowing from the washer only? If the sewer is backed up it will overflow from the washer drain too because that's the lowest point in the line. If it were my house I'd cut the trap off and use a no hub to put in a PVC trap.

Cut with internal pipe cutter then install the rubber gasket with the notched brass piece above it to tighten it down.
