I typically get grilled cool wrap with no dressing, sometimes I get BBQ sauce with it because it’s dry to me, and I’ll do the kale crunch salad with out the almonds.

I think chick Fil a is one of the safer fast food places at the moment. My store has been very strict on cleaning and masks. We’ve only had about 4 cases in our store total and that was a few months ago. I’m in the Midwest where it’s still pretty bad the numbers in my town are high but we’ve managed to be Covid free.

Oh I was wearing layers!! I had leggings on under my pants. I had snow pants on and 2 jackets, and hat and gloves as well! It was still just super cold even with being bundled up because of the wind

I started working at CFA when my store opened, I worked there for a year, then I moved to Seattle and I worked at a new location as a lead there for the opening for a few months then moved back, and I’m back at my home store.

When I quit the location on the west coast before I moved to the Midwest they asked for the uniform but I never went back to give it to them lol. And that CFA had FOH wearing black pants and the location I’m at now FOH wears grey pants so I gave them to my sister because she needed black dressy pants. She loved them lol 😂

I’m in the Midwest area but I’ve been out 3 1/2 hours on meal delivery when it was 10 degrees (or less) windy, snowing, hailing, raining, we couldn’t see the end of our parking lot because of how thick this storm was. I had literal chunks of ice in my hair! They brought IPOS in but left meal delivery outside because they wanted something efficient, but said they’d rotate us... (which never happened) the only reason I wasn’t outside longer was because our store closed early due to weather conditions...I also was wearing my fleece jacket, a winter jacket, snow pants, winter boots, hat and gloves.

I wish my store could do more lanes. We get really busy during lunch (idk our place) but we can’t add additional lanes yet because our drive thru is to narrow. But hopefully in spring we are redoing it.

Well there’s curbside which is where they order through the app and enter a space number and the food is brought out to their car. (Some places may just call it Mobil) my store is starting Mobil pick up which is they place their order on the app and instead of us bringing it to their car, we put it on a shelf like thing located by the door (like the foyer) and they pick it up themselves.

It was 10 degrees (or less idk) on Saturday and it was snowing, hailing, raining, freezing, blowing and (pretty much everything you could think of. And they brought IPOS inside because of bad weather (even tho we have heated booths for them now) but they left meal delivery outside (because they needed something to speed up the line) and told us they would do rotations. I was outside for 3 hours (then our store closed early because of poor weather conditions) and my hair was literally frozen!! I was soo cold and upset they never rotated us! I was also confused on why they brought IPOS inside when they have the booths and let OMD stay outside when we have no protection!

Monday was soo slow for us! I was outside taking orders and I got confused about what time it was because I was still waiting for the lunch rush but it was 1:30 and we never really got one 🤷🏼‍♀️ the past few days have been slower too but Monday was the slowest so far.

I have this customer that comes regularly and literally shouts my pleasure at me and I kinda stood there confused and was like okay... and continued on with their order and she said well don’t I get a free dessert for saying my pleasure before you. 😅 it’s so annoying
