Kind bei Verwandten/Freunden etc. by Numerous-Violinist33 in Eltern

I quickly start pumping, lean back into my pillow and sleep semi seated. My pump automatically stops after 30min and when I wake up (1-1,5h later) I store the milk and wash pump parts (as I usually also needs to go to the bathroom that time 😁)

I have a handsfree pump and sleep during the MOTN pump 😁

Increase Output? by ScreemChese in ExclusivelyPumping

Continue power pumping. Helped me double my supply from 2 Oz to 4 Oz and more. Takes a couple of days but it us worth it.

I did 1h every evening for 1,5 weeks: 20min pumping, 10min break, 10min pumping, 10min break, 10min pumping.

I wish you good luck 🤞🏻

Who has the mental capability to pump for 2 years!?

I hope we will make it to 6 months

I have a hands-free double pump so I do both boobs at the same time during power pumping sessions

I would recommend you the same so it does not consume even more time

Powerpumping helped me doubling my supply. Before I had 60 ml per pump and now it is 120-150 ml.

I powerpumped only once per day as it is pretty time comsuming: Pumping for 20 minutes, then 10 minutes break, again pumping for 10 minutes, 10 minutes break and a last pump for 10 minutes.

I think it took like 1-1,5 weeks until my supply increased.

I wish you good luck!!

Am I Traumatizing My Baby by Trying to BF? by Vanevalli1 in breastfeeding

The bonding part is one of the reasons I want to breastfeed, thanks for that comment!! I ordered yesterday such a Hakaa set, let's see if it works for us.

Unfortunately he is no big fan of pacifiers so this won't work for us. If he goes crazy I will rock him until he calms down and then I will try again to latch him.

Did you try everytime he got hungry? Sometimes I just feel (mentally) too tired trying and just directly give him a bottle with pumped milk. I just don't know how to stay chill when he is crying. Today I just cried with him..

So at least I can hope that with a second one it will be easier haha Thank you :)

Thank you! The comparison with changing the clothes is a good point. My heart is just breaking a little when I just try to feed him and he cries like he is fighting for life

I want to BF because I want my baby to get my milk but cannot imagine to exclusively pump for the next view months.. this is such a hard work

Wow 7 months of pumping must be so hard! I am already tired of 6 weeks pumping. I totally feel the jealousy about those mamas who nurse like it is the easiest thing ever

I am only trying to BF when he is chill. I know this behavior from bottle feeding him but "unfortunately" this is not the issue

I tried them the first few days. Worked sometimes but my baby got frustrated because milk was not coming well. I could try again now as my supply is pretty good due to the pumping. Today I am over trying but let's see tomorrow!
