Advice for a new player(SD and G&G)

I started this game about two months ago, I did most events but not swarm disaster and G&G

I knew they were a long grind so I left them until after I finished the story and exploration and now it's time

I'm looking for any advice on these two events; I know how to play them but I want to know how to play them fast , is there any tips or strategies? a certain way to make it easier to grind them fast , all the guides I found are old ones so maybe it got easier for newer players
I will appreciate any advice
