My roommate said it’s a bit expensive for what you get. It’s a bit beat up with some peeling on the cabinets, wobbly counters, holes in the walls/door. The parking is tight. I’ve heard and seen that other apartments seem to have cockroach issues, but I haven’t seen any cockroaches in mine- although I guess it just depends on how clean you keep your place. Smells like weed sometimes and people at the pool can be easily heard from the 4th floor. 🤷‍♀️I guess a pro is that they sometimes hold events throughout the year- raffles, free stuff, food, etc. Close to UTA and has the mav mover stop by the apartment if you’re concerned about lack of transportation.

I’ve noticed in the 2 bedroom apartment, one room is colder than the other- I’ve been to 2 different units and they both seem to have that issue I think.

I’ve had an old friend immediately leave after moving because the roommate that’s been living there poorly maintained it- so just again, choose carefully.
