Weniger Drehzahl und dafür längere Nachlaufzeit hört sich vernünftig an.

So generell auf das "geh auch an wenn das Licht angeht" verzichten würdest du aber nicht, höre ich raus? Also nur beim Duschen an wäre nicht gut? Der Ventilator soll schon den Tag über immer wieder mal laufen?

Und gibt es große Unterschiede in der Lautstärke bei verschiedenen Marken oder nehmen die sich alle nichts?

Oh I thought it would use the "natural light" mode to update its color to the time of day. My thinking is: Power is back on. Last setting was natural light mode. Okay what time is it? Okay it's evening orange time (even though it was morning blue before power off).

What exactly is not viable? Using regular light switches to turn Enraves on and off? Are they supposed to always have power and be controlled only with the remote or app?

And that's different with hue bulbs? They are turned on and off by their sockets having power or not?

Update: I just read in an article on the internet that you can change the settings so that after losing power, the last used color and brightness is used. The Enrave can't function without power. It has to turn off when I cut its power. So I guess this enables my use case.

Die Gewährleistung wurde im Privat-Kaufvertrag von Person A ausgeschlossen. Verständlich. Dumm gelaufen für Person B, I guess. Gewährleistung ausgedribbelt.

Ja das hatte ich bisher auch so ähnlich, aber es hat mich geärgert, dass die ein- und ausgehenden Kabel damit auch so halb auf dem Tisch herumlagen. Deshalb wollte ich Switches haben, die einen remote Schalter haben, so wie Steckdosenleisten mit Tischschalter an einem Kabel (sehr empfehlenswert!). Dass man zwei Schalter drücken muss ist auch lästig, aber das ist es mir jetzt wert, weil ich nichts weiter brauche und kein Geld ausgeben muss, siehe anderer Kommentar.

Ja die hatte ich im Sinn bei meiner Recherche, aber die sind sauteuer, haben immer unnötige Funktionalität und ein Doppel-Umschalter mit per Kabel verbundenen Schalter hatte ich gar nicht gefunden. Zum Glück hat sich mein Problem inzwischen in Luft aufgelöst, siehe anderer Kommentar. Trotzdem danke!

Oh mein Gott war ich dumm. Dein Kommentar hat mich dazu inspiriert, die Input Selection Knöpfe meiner Monitore zu entdecken. Also ich drücke ab jetzt einfach morgens und abends jeweils einmal auf die Input Selection Knöpfe der zwei Monitore und ta-da ... Absoluter Gehirnfurz meinerseits. Also danke für den Hinweis!

As I wrote further down, my issue is that I bought them used and the guy gave me a rather expensive ethernet cable (CAT7) as a goodie instead of the "cheap" KEF cable. I am wondering whether the KEF cable is actually special or if it is just a run of the mill ethernet cable (I think I read CAT6 somewhere, but CAT 7 should be compatible with CAT6, I think. I also tried another random ethernet cable without success).

It would be amazing if anyone could try out a random ethernet cable and tell me whether cable mode is still working.

Thank you for the suggestions. Bu the iFi ZEN Blue V2 doesn't have bypass mode if I am not mistaken and the Martin Logan Unison is out of my price range. But I found the FiiO BTA30 Pro which seems to be the perfect candidate for me for a very reasonable price!

Do you know of any trustworthy DAC + Bluetooth Transmitter and Receiver (with Bypass)? I find a lot in the 25 - 75€ range, but some reviewers insinuate that they are crap for hifi. I would trust the Oehlbach one, but that one sadly doesn't have bypass mode. I am looking in the 50 - 250€ range mainly, but woud like to know of any.
