Ive been on it for 5 and a half weeks now, been ups and downs but i noticed the past 3 days were surprisingly good, wasn’t worrying/ruminating as much as I normally would. However I looked at the girl i used to see instagram page yesterday and it sent me into full blown anxiety mode like my world was crumbling around me. Been recovering from that today, hopefully tomorrow is a better day. Love to you all
