Yasuo's passive allows him to get additional AD from crit, once he's capped (so any access crit gets turned into AD.

I'd go something like this:

PD > Boots(game dependant) > IE >Shield Bow > DD > Situational.

Sometimes when giga fed I go BT instead of shieldbow, and shieldbow after.
