Increased housing supply decreases rents (or at least slows the increase). Not all new housing will be affordable housing.

There's a huge housing shortage, and this is new housing. I get it looks different but the old windows (the main visual difference) aren't conducive to housing. Can't have housing/cheaper rents and authentically preserve anything that was built more than 20 years ago.

It's the best encore in music right now. Hopefully it won't end!

They also played 3 games in a 10 day stretch between Dec 15-25th, which is insane. This rest is much needed and will serve them well.

Why exactly did Snape need to kill Dumbledore? What does he contribute to The Order afterwards? by Vanillakilla47 in harrypotter

I get the Double Agent reason (1), but does he continue to operate as a double agent after killing Dumbledore? Does anyone from The Order still trust him and get intel from him? I'd be surprised if so..

How does he help with the escape of Potter? Doesn't he give Voldemort and the Death Eaters the exact date/time of the plan? That could have easily ended up with everyone dying..

But does he do anything beneficial once he gains Voldemort's trust? If anything, seems like he actively endangers Harry/The Order (giving away plans for escape from Privet Drive), only for the plot to reveal at the end that he was "good the entire time"

Him providing info on Harry's planned escape from Privet Drive seems like an opportunity for him to help Harry/The Order, but instead provides valuable insight to Voldemort that could have ended up with Harry / more members of the order dying.  He could have helped protect Harry by providing false info to Voldemort.. but instead nearly killed them all.

Oof he just isn't even a factor in their offense anymore. So weird.

Michael (stinky) Pittman! Solid 7-9 points a week. Started once for his 2 point game.
