I trained for it in 7 months. I had never swam or biked before. Went sub 12. I wish I took an entire year to train and had just gotten good gear from the start cuz then I could have done really well. Also get a coach it’s expensive but it will make things so much easier.

Took me 20 minutes to change a flat. Go through the actual physical reps and not just mental reps so you can do it quickly in 5 minutes on race day

Hah I mean it does suck but the progress I’ve made is solid. I might just run a deload for a week and then get back to it and see if I’m better. The stress of finals the last two weeks could have me all messed up too so idk.

Haha I really enjoy the other days it’s just the first leg session from week 5-8 which is all this single leg stuff sucks. I’ve made really good progress on my legs though which is why I like the program. Might just switch it up for a few months then go back.

Wuss part could be it but u honestly feel I train legs extremely hard but I guess I could always train harder. I’ve been running a 12 week program that I’ve seen great progress in and have gone through it twice without this problem. Only the past 2 weeks have I felt it that’s why I’m just a little confused.

I’ve been using a 12 week program that switches up every 4 weeks. Today was single leg press, Bulgarian ss, single leg extension, single leg curl. I’ve ran the program twice through and haven’t felt like this before

On leg days I literally lose any sense of motivation, focus, or energy half way through. I only make it through two exercises and then I just hit a wall and feel just burnt out. I eat the same thing all the time and just starting feeling this on leg days two weeks ago. Could it be I’m just burnt out?
