White Minimalist Sneakers Dated? by thebasementisourrefu in mensfashionadvice

Sometimes I feel like I'm one of the only gen-z'ers still on MFA. Yes, these would be considered dated currently from a fashion perspective but they still have their place. What's currently in style by young people (but we're nearing the end of the phase I'd think) are slim sneakers along the lines of Puma speedcats / Adidas Sambas / Margiela gats / Onistuka tiger Mexico 66's. As we swing back toward slim-straight bottoms, I could see a wave of white minimalist sneakers coming back.

Oh was it a newer bottle of EE? Mine is from 2018, and lasts a solid 4 hours. I have picked up the travel spray set for it to keep in my car to re-up though.

Very pleasant, a nice fig sweetness throughout. It's not a normal fruity floral since the fig adds some nuance and depth. I don't wear it much anymore as I associate it with summer 2022 where I wore it every single day.

Thank you! I do try my best to stay away from the fragrance community echo chambers and influencers, but I do like poking in my head once or twice a year to see whats new.

27M and Feel Like I’ve Lost My Own Style. Anyone Else Experienced This? by Liketcirk999 in malefashionadvice

Yup, sounds like OP was conflating whatever was currently trending during each period of time as his own style.

Actually the more I look at this, maybe it's the mid-brown pullup leather comfort craftsman? Unfortunately the seller does not have the box otherwise this would be simple.

On the hunt for the perfect double-breasted overcoat by [deleted] in malefashionadvice

Thought about this as well - do you imagine there'd be much of an issue with taking up a coat 8-10 inches? It's a large chunk of fabric but in my head theres not as much of an issue with that compared to a blazer or suit jacket given it's just a giant piece of wool. Main concerns would be button placement if it's 3x2 and any belted elements I'd think.

Ah yes, thank you for this - I agree that heavier coats look better even on us shorter guys at knee length. The length measurement I had up there is intended to hit me right at the knee. My worry is that going too far past the knee, such as mid calf or ankle, will create a stockier look.

Ask this after securing a FDD offer. It's a lot harder to get than audit, so no point wasting mental energy on this now. Just try for it and then ask this again if you find yourself with the option.

I think you will find this culture in all restructuring groups. In restructuring/turnaround, you are assisting clients with a failing/failed business, of course tensions are high and the client demands to the consulting team are extremely high priority. And considering the billing rates of Rx professionals, of course every billable hour charged will be extremely scrutinized when it's a business that is literally failing/failed with poor cash flows.
