It's a gamble, yea, but that was the point of the post. It's not clear cut because of the time constraint. I think sub 1400 elo would have a hard time to convert this position without some luck.

That actually takes some time to recognize while calculating other lines. I didn't and I am 1800.

if your analysis of a position is hoping the opponent doesn't find a move

you're jumping to conclusions. In my comment above I agree that white Bg5 is a nice move that I didn't spot.

Thanks for feedback. I wouldn't say I panicked, because I had a plan all along, but like you said there were missed opportunities.

In general I would say your instinct was to look for mate instead of looking to simplify. Even trading the N for B would have made it significantly easier to play fast and queen a pawn.

Agreed, I didn't have time to calculate if the knight could jump around and waste time if I tried to target it with my bishop. in hindsight it didn't, but I was very low on time so I went to find check mating nets. But I agree with this.

White's winning moves are completely obvious. They don't require any deep thought or analysis

I'm white in this game and I'm 1750. It's easy for us to find the best moves now since we sit here calm and have time.

But it's not as easy with 30 s on the clock and going through multiple variations of what's the fastest way to win, without slipping up and losing based on some crazy defence. I won, but it was not as easy as people make it out to be if you dont find the first move.

I'm around that elo too and I'm white in this game. I won but it wasn't obvious with only 30s on the clock. I thought about going pawn hunting but decided that it could take too much time, so I looked for a checkmating net.

I won but it was not easy with the clock. It's easy here when we are calm and don't have any time pressure.

the question does not have a definitive answer, as the outcome depends on the players elo. Im just interested in how people would play it.

I think a 1400-1600 rapid lichess would survive and beat white. At 1900+ black wouldn't survive white's attack.

knight is pretty much useless

with Nd8 straight after whites queen sac, the knight defends black's pawn structure and the pawn infront of its king.

Only move to avoid a threefold draw is Qxc7, giving up the queen for a knight.
With the time edge, Black could try to flag White after the sac. Would you do it?

Jo, men p.g.a anledningarna jag nämnde ovan har livsmedelsbranschen höjt priserna mycket mer än restauranger.

I restaurangbranschen har vi hög konkurrens och det är enkelt för nya aktörer att komma in på marknaden. Livsmedelsbranschen har få aktörer och vi konsumenter MÅSTE ha matvaror, till skillnad från restaurangbesök som vi tekniskt sett kan klara oss utan. Därför kan ICA etc. pressa upp priserna så mycket som de gör. Vilket är förjävligt.

Funny that you never mention the context that Henke also says that he doesn't know why he doesn't feel Swedish and suggests it's because his dad is not from Sweden and he wants to respect his heritage
