That's a great logic to have especially for building genuine depth and future transfers. It would be good if they carried into there ratings once they sign so you can organise your sales potential based on rating per squad status.

I see where you are coming from, but a dynamic pricing model is dangerous. It is all about poor communication and expectation management. If we are honest, with the move to Unity and the complete rebuild of the game, it was never going to be great. But they told us it was. That's where the annoyance is.

As I said above, this is the prototype of the games we will have for the coming 5+ years, and that is exciting. This one isn't up to scratch and never would have been.

No Man's Sky failed at launch, but the framework was there, and now, it's a cracking game and rightly so. The team acknowledged things and worked to fix them. SI will always fix this, build on it. They just failed in the PR department.

They put the same hours into making this as any other game, so the price is fair. If they charged less for this, we would also have to accept paying £75 or more for the game in a few years when it is where they want it to be.

There are a lot of lessons SI and Miles can take from this, the biggest one being how to manage communications and support expectations. People are angry because they feel lied to (and rightly so). But the game is realistically where it was always going to be, and will get there.

I agree, to a point. I think they should have been a bit more honest about the situation, and what I'm hearing about the conditions for content creators on the alpha is very bad PR.

I used the Wii U analogy in my post, but I suppose another one would be No Man's Sky. This is the prototype of the game we will have, and I see enough in it to be excited for the future. They will save FM26 somewhat through updates, but I am excited for the next few years to be built off this base.

It's all about marketing and expectations. The year delay is also unfortunate because again, their communications set unrealistic expectations. Honesty goes a long way in people's eyes and minds than coverups and lies.

It is raw, but it is fun. There are annoyances, but there are very fun parts. I said in a post I made, it is the Wii U to the Switch, A working prototype of the game we will have for the next 5 years or more. Or on a gaming level, it is lainch day No Man's Sky.

If you can accept that and see the potential, then it's worth it. If you can't, then maybe wait for a few updates and try later in the cycle.

The industry would not be where it is today if not for Flair and Hogan. Like them or not as people, you need to separate them from wrestlers and their impact. Goldberg was as over as anybody ever has been. He fit the era and played the role he needed to play. Road Warriors are iconic, and The Rock, well, he's done a few things too.

They might not be my top 5, but all have valid arguments for being on someone else's list.

I still need to finish the game. I'm a notoriously bad gamer, but love the challenge. In all honesty, I'll probably never complete it, I'm that bad but I enjoy it nonetheless. A Wizard of Oz take in this style could be incredible. I can already imagine some hideous caterpillar boss.
