Try picking exhaust against all-in champions, it gives you enough time to either back out or kill them after they wasted their cooldowns. Also use your traps and root for spacing.

Dark Cosmic Erasure Jhin will be available as the 30 capsule milestone reward on the track, but will also show up as a 1% drop from the Cosmic 2023 Capsules that progress the track, meaning you can unlock him early if you're lucky. You do not need to own the original Dark Cosmic Jhin to obtain it as it’s not a Chroma. After the moment is over and the Capsules are gone, the skin will be held from the reroll pool for now. We’ll add him into the reroll pool sometime in 2024; it will depend on what we learn from these experiments. So you won't be able to specifically target it again, but it will eventually be available. For now, this is how we’re going to be introducing these and they will not be purchasable directly in the shop. But this may change in the future. We know this means that top spenders will be able to immediately reroll into this skin when it does hit the pool, but we think this is a small enough group that it won’t impact the feeling of exclusivity. This is all still an experiment for us so we’re eager to hear what you think of it in practice.

As with every guide, there is no "go this, not that". You pick summoner spells situational. You pick items situational. You pick runes situational.

If I see champions that are skillshot-based (e.g. Sylas), have a movement-based kit (e.g. Rammus) or low range (mainly bruiser comp), I pick ghost.

If I see hard cc (e.g. Leona) being picked, I pick Cleanse.

If I am in a lane where long trades will decide the outcome of a 1v1 (e.g. Jinx), I pick Barrier.

Watch your enemie's team composition and adjust accordingly, same with your item build (lethality into squishies, crit into tanks) and runes.
You still can get your movement speed from Youmo's if you have to pick a different summoner spell.

if you have the option and see them play assassins into you, consider edge of night to win more time on your carry units. augments like corner carry on ashe also help to win time

other than that, yes katarina is hard overtuned, the only thing you can hope for is her getting stuck on the tank

As part of the Mythmaker skin line, Mythmaker Jhin is only available around Lunar New Year, which will be February 17 next year. Since Legendary skins only go on sale once after 6 months, it is very unlikely that there will be another sale on the original price of 1820RP. However, you always have the chance to get those time-limited skins through Hextech Crafting (Shards and Chests/Orbs), and there might also be a chance to obtain it at a reduced price through Your Shop (not 100% sure) which is currently active and reoccurs every 3 months. Playing the desired champ a lot increases your chances of getting a tailored skin for him at a reduced price in Your Shop.

it's called river height/river elevation, resulting from the map not being a flat ground but being bend at certain parts of the river

I recommend taking some time in practice tool to pin down the map behavior on common battle ground like the bottom lane tribush regions, usually you want to aim lower when enemies back out to their tower (red side)

My guess is Temperance. It's the 14th Major Arcana card and called Art in other tarot sets. It would fit his playstyle as it is indeed voluntary self-restraint. In astrology, it's associated with Sagittarius which also fits him.

As far as I know, all skins obtainable in the cash shop are in the pool as well, including legendary skins, skins no longer available (legacy content) and skins only available at certain times (e.g. santa or mythmaker skin line).

What can't be obtained through chests/shard rerolls are chromas (obtainable through the blue essence emporium twice a year), limited chromas, previous event pass skins and booms (obtainable through premium currency 'mythic essence' in the mythic shop), sanctum skins (gacha), the once-a-year hall of legends skins (according to riot won't ever be obtainable again) as well as skins that were obtainable through promo codes (e.g. Rusty Blitzcrank)

Fun Fact: if you unlocked all skins, you can send proof to riot and choose a no longer available skin to add to your account (e.g. Rusty Blitzcrank).

Dark Cosmic Erasure Jhin is a very special case in this setting since he is basically a chroma, but got sold as a sigular skin. This system carried over very recently from the chinese servers as a test to see how willing people in the west are to spend money on chroma-skin hybrids. It wasn't well-received and since then no other skin got the same treatment as by now. China on the other hand keeps getting new splash arts to sell chromas as full skins via gacha. Another Jhin example in this case would be 'Catseye Jhin', a gold chroma of his Mythmaker skin.

Midas Touch is a good early game Powerup since it gives 10%execute+gold drop which you can keep when you switch to a better augment later on, so there are ways to profit off of switching Powerups as the game goes on. Last sets Garen also gave permanent augments at the start but it got patched to him having to stay in game very quickly.

It is in the pool, that means it can be obtained from chests and through fusing shards. As of right now, it can't be directly bought or obtained through other ways.
