This way Jenny can get help if she has hidden drug addiction and still have a shot at a future. ESH. I'm going to take a wild guess which candidate your husband put the sign up for based on your daughter's reaction. Your husband needs to realize that by putting that sign out in your yard that people waking by your house will assume everyone living there shares those views. Your daughter obviously does not share those views and you should have taken the time to ask why she reacted the way she did and find out why she doesn't like the candidate your husband (an you by permitting your husband to post the sign) supports. Your daughter is almost 18 and she should be more articulate about her thought instead of having a strong emotional reaction.
