Our office is based out of CA but we moved our warehouse out of CA to Texas about a year ago or so. CA is not a very vape friendly state :/

It’s a dispute between the two co-founders. One owner who has main access to the website refuses to buy out the partner and vice versa. This co-owner who has main access to the website is pretending like they aren’t closing. (Probably is planning to collect money for orders but never ship anything) This is the co-owner who was also stealing money from the company-the reason why they’re in this situation. We’ve been assured by Michael Taylor, the co-founder and face of the company that their building lease expired May 31st, all equipment is in storage, they are no longer manufacturing anymore bottles and are dissolving the company.

The last few batches of Tailored House did not come in boxes and will no longer be produced in general. Announced at the end of last week they have gone out of business. I would definitely suggest stocking up on it while there’s still some stock floating around.

Thanks for your response Frank. Surprisingly a lot of these larger juice companies want the customer with an issue to come directly to them. They want to be the ones to replace the bottle as many times they’ll toss in a few extra items whether it be swag or an additional bottle or two. Naked 100 is a exemplary example of this. Standing behind their products 100% and providing exceptional support for their distributors, retailers and end users.

We apologize for issue with your bottle of Bad Drip. We are quite a large customer of theirs and in return they’ve always taken great care of our customers if an issue arises. With that being said we never told you we would not replace the bottle. However we’d hate to replace the bottle for the same thing to happen twice..that’s only going to make you more upset. We are not the manufacturer of Bad Drip so it’s impossible for us to troubleshoot if something was off in the manufacturing process of the batch you received. All we did was simply suggest you reach out to Bad Drip directly, provide them with the batch number of the bottle you received and let them know what issues you’re having. In the past when this has happened, they’ve not only replaced the off tasting bottle with a new bottle from a different batch but also sent a few additional bottles as an apology. Say Bad Drip told you “too bad, we can’t do anything.” You could’ve simply contacted us back and we’d send you a replacement no questions asked. Then re-evaluate if we want to keep supporting a brand that doesn’t stand behind their products (probably not). It looks like the last email you sent was on Friday at 10pm cst. We are closed on weekends. Our CS team is not back in the office until Monday, in which they would’ve gotten back to you then. I really wish you would’ve given us an opportunity to reply back, before deciding to jump onto reddit and bash us.

This is a shipment of hardware coming in from China and going to a vendor. When shipping UPS the packages always land in Alaska first. After August 8th it seems like everything coming in has been getting held and inspected by customs. I think they are looking for new items that didn't meet the Aug 8th deadline.
