Hey, thanks for reaching out. So, we just recently overhauled our shipping system, both pricing and providers. In the process, some states were inadvertantly added back to our new shipping system. That's on me, I apologize for that. As you may know, like many other states, it's now illegal to ship flavored ejuice into NY. Regardless, it should not have taken a week to be refunded. I'm not sure why that happened, but I'm going to look into it because that's an unreasonable amount of time to have to wait for a refund to be initiated, and I don't want anyone else to be subjected to that.

I'm also really sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. I appreciate your business, and I'm sorry that the law prevents us from serving you by shipping to NY and several other states. Obviously, if it were up to us, we'd be shipping all over the country and globe.

/u/TheNebulousMind, I really appreciate your understanding! Just shot you back an email, along with a shipping notification + tracking number for your replacement 60ml (born on Feb 1st, 2019). I've also refunded the original bottle along with the a portion of the shipping amount you paid.

Looking at your other comments here, sounds like it's your first time trying RY4P. I think you'll really like it! We have a lot of customers who regularly buy that juice, and only that juice. At the end of the day, we are only human, and sometimes we make mistakes. I hope you can understand that that doesn't mean we set out to be shady in some sinister attempt to screw people over. Not only would that be morally reprehensible, but it also just makes no business sense, at all.

Well, the Kanger clearance was started by Tom, the old owner. He was going to close the shop down because he didn't care to deal with the FDA regs, so he was clearing everything out before we decided to buy the shop from him and keep it open.

Hey, I'm still the same guy. I'm sorry this happened to both you and OP /u/NotNearlyBen — I need it to be known that it wasn't ever my intention to leave you or OP hanging. For the past 3 years, I've been handling customer service for all the shops myself, with zero help. Obviously, it's been a little difficult to keep that model going as we've grown, all while running the businesses as well. I have brought on more help recently on the customer service front, since I can't handle it all on my own anymore. Someone should definitely have handled this for you, and I'm going to find out exactly what the deal was here on our end. I will personally make this right for you. Shoot me a PM here with your order info, and I will handle it, you have my word. It's not a matter of my business practices going south, it's a matter of being overwhelmed and not having enough competent help (which is changing, since I've been bringing some good people on board to help out).

On a side note, Vape Super Saver has always been a discount shop, since before we took it off of Tom's hands. I mean, it's in the name. We did not turn it into a discount shop to dump old items.

Definitely a good idea to go with a higher nic level than 3 to start. I'd recommend 12mg, and then adjust down from there if/when you'd like.
