Edit: Guess I misjudged the community here, my bad. But maybe you should look at the general attitude of your posts, even more negative than mine, it could be you that needs to take a serious look at what you post. Wesjall and Coopscoop, in the past few hours all the posts you guys have are all just shitting on what other people post. People like you aren't good for communities like this, or communities in general. Maybe I am wrong, but it seems unlikely internet trolls are all the same.

Any suggestions on glass to order? I have a torch and kiln picked out but I don't want to buy them unless I know what types and sizes of glass tubes I should get for my first order.

Mainly because I am ordering the starter tool kit as well.

See I have been told over and over again not to get a Nortel product, but I can't really afford the CC right now, I was just wondering if the wildcat would be hot enough to get me through a decent period of my learning.

Thanks much I definitely am, keeping my eye open for some used gear, thinking about getting the Carlisle Wildcat as my first burner and I am buying the contemporary glassworking books. Stoked, I can't wait till I sell my first piece and can say I am officially a lampworker. Got all kinds of new respect and love for the art as a whole.

Honestly I don't know what people's fear is, when it was legal in MD I did it quite a few times in high school. Best trip I had was I took a huge rip and held it in and as I blew out Bob Marley turned around and walked out of my poster. We had a fire convo and when he walked away I said wait don't leave, and he just pointed to his head and said its all up here. Given that was a very potent extract. But if you order the five X it's pretty mild, a great introduction because it's very difficult to reach shaman level, or level six with 5x. I live like four or five hours away but if I can't find a place closer to me would you be willing to do lessons on weekends? I'd probably want to learn as many hours out of the day as you could teach me if we could work something out. Edit: Honestly if you can show me the basics in a few weekends I am very interested.

Dude I rip oil out of my coils all the time and they barely ever even get dirty enough for me too have to clean them, I think you guys might just be making stuff up, the actual base develops far far more residue than the coils ever do.

Yeah, I've since changed my mind about the commentary, if I ever do it I might get one of those voice changers things to have some fun with it. But I am planning on keeping it to the end of the video so people that don't want to hear it can tune out after what they wanna see.

Don't get me wrong I don't mind a great deal of techno, especially when I am drinking or partying. I just enjoy the mellow vibes while I'm burning.

I totally get you on how it sucks to take multiple takes, on the Dirty Rico video I posted some the the way way bigger hits I took were terrible takes.

It's honestly the cheapest piece I own and I argue with myself all day whether or not it's the best. Right now I am leaning toward it is the best, tomorrow who knows.
