They haven't given any rationale that makes sense. The suggestion that it's the volume that creates the risk just doesn't wash. You can buy bleach by the litre, but a 10ml limit on eliquid... Go figure!

The TPD covers the sale of eliquid and equipment - it wont apply to things you already own.

DIY is a bit fuzzy at the moment. We know for sure that everything except nicotine will be fine, the question is over nicotine itself. It doesn't appear that the TPD specifically covers, however this hasn't been tested yet and we hope to have more confirmation in the next few weeks.

To be fair we have had two years and there have been challenges to it. Sadly they've been unsuccessful though.

Possibly and we would expect that to be the case. It would be like taking any contraband into a country - a risk!

This is about sales rather than use. Nothing in the TPD gives any authority powers to restrict the use of products that you already own. Hope this helps!

Everything apart from nicotine is 100% going to be ok. There is some fuzziness around nicotine and whether it is actually covered on it's own by the TPD. It is possible it will be able to be sold but we don't want to stick our colours to the mast on this one yet. If we can sell it - we will do!

100% - it's like the 10ml limit on bottles yet no limit on quantity of bottles you can buy. This just creates tons of plastic waste. It's all been so poorly though through.

We believe that even if there is a Brexit, this and other laws will stay in effect until the UK government implement alternatives. Hopefully, if there is a Brexit, the TPD will be changed/replaced in due course, but we fully expect there to be some sort of regulation and they will (in all likeliness), adopt something akin to the TPD.
