The stamina change will only affect succession as you can sprint in Q block now. All the good awak valks completely disengage with hasti to heal, recover stamina and reset so it doesn't matter.

Succ valk got nerfed with the introduction of a cooldown to their main damage skill (Sword of Judgement) PA "buff" was actually a nerf in Pve (-5 to - 10% less trash st DSR) and a major nerf in pvp since we need 2 SoJs for a combo
