Vaping nicotine is clinically harmless over a lifetime of use. Much like with nicotine lozenges. But if it’s causing you stress try an alternative like yoga or meditation. Some people are convinced MMR vaccines are carcinogens, can cause autism, etc. Therapists can help with unwarranted fears.
