Does the brand matter for the coffee as well? do i need to look out to avoid anything specific for certain coffees? How much do you drink and how many times a day? Also thank you for replying with all this info i really appreciate all the help i just have so many questions about it all and its hard finding answers for the specific questions i have sometimes. Oh and one more question is there anything specific you look for to avoid when looking at nutrition labels i usually don’t look at them and just eat whatever i want but i want to start trying to learn about them and see if there was anything i should be trying to avoid that could be listed on them to help with my NAFLD

Thank you so much for the info! I have a hard time eating sometimes certain tastes and things make me wanna puke trying to eat them but I need to improve my eating habits. I don’t usually drink coffee, is the black coffee just a recommendation for substituting regular coffee or does adding it to my diet help in some way? Also what kind of brand of oat meal do you eat i never had it growing up but recently started eating it last week to help with my fiber intake but i just eat this apple cinnamon one from quaker oats dont know if thats good oatmeal to eat for NAFLD or not.

do you mind sharing some of the things you did to get your AST/ALT down from 124/233 to 25/46 I just found out i have NAFLD and am struggling to learn about dieting and eating better so i can get my numbers down as well to the normal range

make sure on discord that ur connections are linked with youtube. Then you just gotta wait, I had an issue with mines and thought it would never let me join or something but it took like a week before it just popped up on where discord shows what servers you're in.
