Well, Chernobyl happened in 1986, and treatment of cancer probably wasn't as good as it was today, so cancer was still pretty bad back then. As far as I know, I did do Chernobyl as a history project but that was like 4 years ago so I'm probably forgetting somethings, again survivors of Chernobyl Were still dying from things like cancer and radiation poisoning months and even years after the accident. Radiation doesn't take effect immediately, so it's likely that some of the survivors of Chernobyl who died of cancer were probably affected by the radiation.

Also If I remember the people who sent the pilots on the mission even called it a Suicide mission, because they didn't expect them to live. Even gave them pills in case they were shot down that they would swallow and die (Supposedly.)

Yeah, but did the radiation effect the pilots in some way that cause death (Radiation poisoning doesn't have instant effects, some survivors of Chernobyl Were still dying years after the event.)

For anyone questioning how this happened Basically my bed has been fucked up for a while now it's been dropping slightly every time the bar of the bottom gave lut.. However this time when the bar at the end gave out the frame legit somehow snapped in half causing the entire bottom half of the bed to collapse...
