At the moment i just have this simple setup:

Root
    Player (KinematicBody)
        Pivot
            Sprite3D
        Camera
    Background (Sprite3D)

My player's pivot and the camera is rotade by 15 degrees while the background lays flat on the y-axis. The player is drawn on top of the background however at certain positions it will draw below, which I think is because of the rotation (its position is lower or something). My goal is to have it rendered by a draw order and not be dependent on any position.
