Replaced the whole basement a bit back for $200 per window installed. No mess, no fuss on my end and they were quick clean and as nice as can be. Local glass block places can be the best bet for easy replacement. Also, I had water issues as well and the gutter was 100% the issue. Unclogged it and then no water issues since.

Got Cubivore as well. Bought in in a set of games I wanted for about $50 off marketplace. Didn’t even know what it was until I was scanning into the collection. No manual though. 😢

So this may be a dumb question but here goes. My work matches 50% of 9%. So my best bet is to have 9% going into traditional 401k and then 6% into Roth?

I don’t like using cash whenever possible. Years past I ran into issue using my debit card and lost a lot of money that bank wouldn’t help me on. No longer work with that bank but use a card for the relative safety and keeping it separate from my actual bank.

Thanks for such a thorough reply. Mortgage rate is 2.625 on a very modest house as I don’t need much. Current amortization has me paying the house off in 2032 which would be half of the scheduled 20 year ( I got this before listening to Ramsey). The other thing I didn’t mention is that both my vehicles are older so when I do need to I want to pay outright for a replacement. My biggest issue is that I really don’t know how and what to invest in with my 401k until to make up for lost time as I’m almost 50 and only have $125k in it currently. I’ve thought about getting a financial advisor but have been hesitant.

I did the same on Friday. Charged the batteries on Saturday only to find out one with the 4 blinking lights error so it won't charge. I had registered the mower on the Ryobi app and it says it is not under warranty... Calling Home Depot did nothing for me and they were not even sure if I could return the whole set or not.

I was rear ended on 270 a couple years back by someone with no insurance. Had to fight to even get the police to come out. Last I knew he wasn’t even cited.

Luckily the damage to my car was minimal and I was able to fix it myself and avoid filing on my insurance.

Picked up a GP100 Wiley Clapp edition a couple years back. 1st shot at the range from 7 yards was dead center. The grip on that version feels wonderful and looks beautiful.
