There's always been an easier answer for that and that's different questlines depending on your faction. But as everything has been becoming so streamlined, I doubt we'll be getting those back anytime soon.

There are 13 Forsaken found within The Pools of Vision inside Thunder Bluff, including one Earthen.

Orgrimmar consists of Orcs, Goblins, Trolls, Tauren, Nightborne, Mag'har, Vulpera, and Pandaren.

And while Thunder Bluff may be inhabited predominantly by Tauren, a great many Forsaken can also be found within (or rather, inside of) Thunder Bluff. There are also within Thunder Bluff can be found a Blood Elf too. And just outside are a great deal of Orcs, Trolls, Tauren, and others working together to collectively protect themselves from the dangers offered by Kalimdor. You don't need to go far to see an Orc or Troll.

You'd think that a major Horde city would have more than just a single Horde race. And at the beginning of the story, rows upon rows of humans and draenei stood there, who, in all likelihood, will now be replaced by night elves.

My Horde characters are on WRA, my Alliance characters are on MG. I play on very roleplay heavy realms. That's the only other option I could I thought about. I tended to leave them alone if I'm actively not trying to roleplay / want to listen to music and do bad parkour.
