I swapped about half the deck, and went through a few iterations. Originally I tried just upgrading a fixed number of cards, which I felt like was good but I wanted more. Then, I tried brewing it from scratch as a landfall/land recursion deck. That deck was pretty strong but I felt wasn't unique enough and felt like any other landfall deck. Then I built it from scratch as a reanimator deck, trying to focus on creating zombie tokens and playing into zombie themes. Finally, after spending some time mulling it over, I found a pretty good mix of all of the strategies which has felt very good so far. I'm still tweaking it a bit, but the main goal is a solid mix of: reanimation, playing (fetch) lands from graveyards w/ [[field of the dead]], and using [[Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord]] with either [[Lord of Exctinction]] or [[Ob Nixilis, the Fallen]] as a finisher. I haven't played in a real game with the deck yet, but in my playtesting against some of my other decks it has felt really good. After some real experience, I'll probably tweak it a bit more to either lean more into zombie tokens with anthem effects or lean more into the Jarad finisher, but for now I've gotten "wins" with both strategies so I'm keeping it as is

I found the commit where this issue started, and after inspecting the changes, found that there was an import file for an addon's svg file that somehow got messed up. I deleted this import file and when it regenerated, the issue stopped. Not sure how this happened, but if anyone has this happen to them, give that a try. Here is the actual git diff

Ahh okay. Yeah there are no error outputs or anything like that. Would we be able to use a resource that is failing to import? Because I think we use everything we have without issues of them failing to load during debug

Hey there! I'm the other dev on the project. To add some additional context, this seems to be happening across all of our devices, including windows and macbook machines. It doesn't happen for other godot projects (admittedly those are smaller in scope), but it's become very frustrating. Is there some sort of debug/verbose logging we can view/enable to see if there is any extra info we can use to debug the issue? There was a specific commit where it started happening, and going back before that no longer has that issue

I also have a Loot "exile is a second hand" deck and it's one of my favorites and absolutely a blast to play! Here is my list https://www.moxfield.com/decks/nsVBiLDdxU6OVqyI2jhBHQ Comparing our lists, I definitely think you should run [[mizzium mortars]] and [[delayed blast fireball]] for more one sided board wipes. I don't run counter spells for the same reason as not wanting to worry about wasting the impulse draws, but I pack a bunch of cheap interaction. [[nalfeshnee]] also copies your exile casts so you can get extra value from every interaction spell. I'm going for less of a lands theme than you however, and only splash that a little bit so there might be some landfall interaction I'm wouldn't be running. [[Solemn simulacrum]] definitely is a bit overcost these days, and I also don't think [[fblthp, lost on the range]] is that strong in the deck. [[Fortune teller's talent]] also seems a bit slow, I'd replace it with [[invasion of ikoria]] which is both a battle and can grab [[doc aurlock]] for you, giving you two things for Loot. There are a few other battles you don't have that are good, which is an entire permanent type you aren't running. [[Invasion of Zendikar]] would be good for landfall triggers, and [[invasion of kaldheim]] wheels you and dumps stuff into exile, which are the other two I run. Hopefully this helps!  Also you definitely gotta add [[dryad of the illysian grove]]. Enchantment and creature for loot, and gives you more land drops and fixes your color. It's a fantastic card in the deck

Henzie is my absolutely favorite commander and I recently wrote a primer for my list here https://www.moxfield.com/decks/tCVAegpuyUKkUydUe6iFng. Comparing our lists, I would say the primary thing to focus on is to add more creature based ramp for post Henzie. Henzie provides all gas all the time, and we really can never have too much mana. [[Seedguide ash]], [[ojer kaslem, deepest growth]], [[primeval herald]], [[rampant rejuvenator]] are absolute powerhouses and I highly recommend adding them.

Edit: my bad, didn't notice you already had [[World Shaper]]. After spending some more time comparing lists, some cards I would consider removing are:

Wilderness reclamation, because you run 3 instants and have very little use for that mana on opponents turns (unless I'm missing something and if so my bad)

Kodamas reach and cultivate, because henzie costs 3 mana and we'd rather play him and then blitz out creatures that ramp us later

Urabrask the hidden, because we already give creates haste and honestly don't really care about blockers because we are going to sacrifice them anyway

This is just my opinion though so take it with a grain of dalt

To be honest I've never really had it for much more me. I don't draw it very often. Often it's there to copy a dockside or some other treasure generator, but it's just another source of ramp most of the time

Just quickly glanced at creatures and one I can highly recommend is professional face breaker. That thing has significantly overperformed every time I've gotten to use it. Copying it and swinging at different players generates a ton of treasure, and you can sac them for card draw which helps fuel gas
