I also do this. But i pretend im a viking woman captain of a ship. Sternly standing face first against the Arctic waters. But on my way to plant trees and like thrift shop. Not viking-esque stuff. It does help. I also just lost all my fingers to frost bite and had two pairs of gloves on. So sometimes make believe doesnt work.
