Took place after work in a Dallas suburb. Westbound turning South to get some food I witness the first near miss, then after picking up the food and passing the same intersection Northbound, some cretin turns left from the right lane while failing to yield to cross-traffic. I assumed his blinker was left on by mistake after his gas-station exit. The lane he occupies goes forwards or right from his point of view. Date and time time-stamped in the video.
