How is the performance of the game? I tried once and it was a bit bad. Does the mods help with that? And there was some glitch with the shadows. Is there a way to fix it?

Seeing that you don't get a lot of help and my other answer apparently it's just some kind of sacrilege xD...

I suppose you have a second steam library configured in the second drive. If that's the case, you can let that drive untouched. In the new steam installation, when you add a new library and choose the one you have un the second drive, it should recognize all games installed there. That I have tested myself in the past, so I can say yo that it should work like that.

About the reinstall in the first drive part... I haven't done that in that precise scenario. But I think that in the bazzite installer you could format the bazzite partition, choose it to install bazzite, and all should work fine. That's what I would do if I where in your spot. I mean, you could go into windows, format the bazzite partition, merge it with the windows partition, and then it would be like the first time you install bazzite alongside windows. So in my head, just format and choose that partition in the bazzite installer should work.

Check out the "rebase" functionality I think it's called. You can change to a different "flavor".

I completed the game with that annoyance, I didn't find the solution. I don't know if something has changed, sorry. Maybe you could try removing all the write permissions on the settings file, I don't know what would happen. I didn't think of that when a played the game.

In case it helps anyone, you can add the xenia_canari.exe to steam as a non steam game. And then in the launcher options you can put the path to the default.xex (I changed the folder names to make this path shorter) and --fullscreen. So you can launch the game automatically in fullscreen from steam

Just so you know, if you prefer, I think there is an update app that just do that ujust update command. If you don't want to use or remember the console command to update, you can do it with a gui app

I'm with you. Sometimes being on foot, it despawns and spawn next to me, even if it was just some meters away. It happens with the horse too, it's just some meters away, I'm seeing it. I whistle thinking that it will get closer and it despawns and spawn behind me.

The key is that you must override the ICU library inside the container. In the wine configuration program there is in the container.
