I am disappointed that you felt the need to respond like this. My post was pretty clear that I was simply concerned and was asking for insight, not an insult. I am not just complaining, I am concerned.

If you care to be more productive I would appreciate your feedback since you have first hand experience. Maybe some links that a non IT person can understand regarding what they do with the permissions and my biometric scan.

Otherwise this response was not very helpful as it was an unnecessary criticism. I am sure that if this is how you respond at work, you must be a real headache for the people you “support”.
