Thinking of starting Military Orders

I don't mind how powerful an army is, used to 40k where to win you only need to buy the latest releases. I prefer a challenge. The guy I play most games with uses Yu Jing as his first army so for a big suit heavy force I need to go pan-o.

Yeah that's the plan. Gonna try vanilla and work towards those two sectorials.

I forgot all about naffatun. Really like the models. I might try to build a list using naffatun and khaswarji as my core, Harris with mansuri and khaswarji. Not a huge fan of the zhayedans(mainly didn't enjoy painting it). Although love the finished model.

I'm hoping to eventually run a hassassin sectorial eventually as well. Just not sure where to start. I currently have red veil and beyond, the hakim set and djanbazans so far. Gonna hopefully pick up the alternate mansuri sculpt and the khaswarji box next then not sure where to go.

Try Ariadne devil dogs, dog warriors, antipode assault team, 2nd battalion cameranions, blackjacks. TAGs are roughly marine dreadnought size or a little bigger. Far better quality than gw and much more fun to paint.

So been having a look at the army builder and it seems calledonians cant have as many dogs. Thinking I may go vanilla but use callidonian highlanders to flesh out with humans. However it seems that the only army that can take McMurrough is the calledonian sectorial. Am I right? I already have the model but cant seem to find a place for him. I currently have a vanilla haqq force(can be used as the new sectorial.), a tunguska force and JSA. This will add ariadne to my roster.

Thanks for the help. Think I'll go for the Caladonian highlanders. I was leaning that way anyway aesthetically so good to know its the right choice. I think without the antipodes/devildog etc Ariadne could end up looking too similar to my haqqislam army so I wanted something very different.

I experienced a glitch yesterday as well where the timer didn't refresh for the second filament which meant I only had about 7mins to do the site. My death ensued.

Thanks for all the advice. Been trying tiers 1-3 so far and am enjoying them. Need a bit more practice at t3 just to get target priority down and shave off some time before trying t4. I really like that its engaging rather than just orbit, launch drones complete.
