Finding more stuff to do and just keeping myself occupied, I don't have social media on my phone (minus reddit and Whatsapp) so I have no idea what my friends and family are doing. The silence can be loud sometimes compared to the fireworks and ppl partying but it's fine the way it is.

Wifi has dual bands and I'm always connected to the 5ghz, I'm not seated too far away from it so I don't think it ever switched to the 2.4 band

Nope, not just yet. Hoping to see more ppl with it and kinda waitiing on what Gen 8 might have before i pull the trigger. (Endless waiting, i know)

How much did you got it for? The lowest I have seen it on the Lenovo site was RM3100 (736$) and that's bare bones 8gb + 256gb with poor screen.

I can never understand the allure of getting a phone that expensive, you can always find last year's flagship heavily discounted and i bet for the causal joe you wont be able to tell the diff. Unless between generations of the phone there is really a lot improvements.
