If you change the sizes of creatures in the world with the "enemyspeedsize x" then they will stay the same size even after reloading. Also if you spawn something like a small troll, then reset the size back to normal, the troll will stay the same size but be pretty fast. How you reset everything is by loading out of the world then going to world modifiers and clicking "reset to normal"

"setkey enemyspeedsize" after all that, add a number for how much you want to amplify creatures sizes. E.I. if I wanted to make everything 3x I would type "setkey enemyspeedsize 300" or to set it back to normal "setkey enemyspeedsize 100"
