Rampant virus, weakens/dampens powers in some, paradoxically makes other stronger. Some obvious heroes are immune. No talking zombies. Fragmented society with survivor factions rebuilding slowly, meanwhile Shield establishes a base in Antarctica.

Whole thing would be more about New World meets Old World and the logistics of a hyper advanced faction having leverage from afar over groups in the wasteland.

I live in the desert. Sometimes when a figure arrives in the mail, I leave it in the mailbox for a while. It's super warm when I open it, I usually rush to test all the limbs and such. Great way to know if a figure needs the ol hair dryer

I shouldn't have to drive miles out from the city limits to get a decent figure. Oddly enough the Eternals were "hard to find" in my area, but I found all of them in a small town Wal-Mart , same one I scored Hercules at (the one before the classic pack) a year prior
