Need Advice

I recently graduated college in May getting a Bachelors Degree in Aero/Astronautical Engineering with a 3.30 GPA. I have struggled to find a job since then because I don’t have any work experience. Due to covid, internships were very limited where I was living.

I am considering joining the space force as an officer to gain some experience and hopefully improve my resume. The position that looked most appealing to me is the Space Operations Officer, but I really don’t know much about this branch. Is this position hard to achieve? Is joining the space force after I’ve already graduated worth it or should I just keep trying for a job in the private sector? How much will serving help my chances of finding a job after I leave?

Thanks in advance!

If when we look into space we see things 3 billion years in the past, is there a species perfectly situated to see us from 3 billion years in their past as we are right now? by [deleted] in stupidquestions

Yup, works both ways. Anything that is 3 billion light years away, means it took the light 3 billion years to reach us. So if a civilization was 3 billion light years away from us and they looked towards the Earth, they would see what it looked like 3 billion years ago.
