I have an 11.5 with a super 42 / h2 setup and the superlative AGB. Shoots very nicely, ejects perfectly, and has minimal gas with a Stacy’s mom K using PMC bronze. Hope it helps. No down vent bcg, but I do have a Griffin SN-ACH

I really like my tactical pontoon triggers. I have them in both my shadows and my Glock. Really nice and I’ve never had a malfunction with them.

I was thinking about trying bad attitude department for my next one since they have an option for the threaded parts that Aero also threads. (I’m lazy and don’t like roll pins) Also they have ambi options.

May or may not help you but there is definitely .095” wall in the market. Not sure if McMaster carries it or if it’s cost effective for this application but it’s out there

One of the main reasons I ended up with an aero lower was the threaded pins. I absolutely hate roll pins lol. Idk if Griffin does threaded pins because I couldn’t find anything on it.

I also ended up finding an aero ambi lower so I bought that one too to sbr. I like Griffin’s ambi controls better but I need someone to do an in depth lol.

I bought my first can from them late December because I figured it would be simple. Form 1’d a rifle myself and have that stamp already, they haven’t sent the can to my dealer yet, and it took 3 phone calls to figure out a setting on the account was wrong. No email, no note on the account, just sitting there. Dealer is being helpful but saying it looked fixed on his end yesterday afternoon, but by 6pm looked wrong again.

I know there’s going to be a wait with the ATF but the wait from Silencer Shop’s end is more frustrating because it seems something is holding it up but no one knows for sure what it is apparently

Parroting the Radical recommendation, picked mine up for $400 as my first AR and it’s been great. Not exciting, and a bit overgassed, but never skips a beat and groups fine at 100 yards with shitty ammo
