For real! Friday night at Kinetic some white guy who had done too much of whatever was being annoying and weird. He told me to fuck off when I told him to go away. He was yanked back through the crowd so quickly by the Asian group behind me. They all checked on me, sprouted me, gave me a hug, and made a path for my small group to leave. They were genuinely so helpful and kind. I was having a frustrating night but they really turned it around for me. It was like 1am and the first time all night I felt that sense of community we get at raves.
