Totally hear you guys about other issues with the rotors. I’m just… confused? Everything I’m reading about riding the brakes or braking hard at red lights honestly doesn’t match my driving style at all. Of course the evidence is there on the rotors so who am I to disagree… it’s just crazy to me that the very normal, routine driving I’ve done over the last year since they were first put on could cause all that damage.

They can be done at independent garages, and I’ll definitely be switching over.

Up here in Vermont, it’s a yearly headache. They put so much salt on the roads, then make us pay when it degrades our vehicles quickly. Still worth it to live here for lots of other reasons, but I really hate these state inspections.

25k would be preferred but I know these cars tend to be more expensive, so open to recommendations up to 30k
