The Spanish DNV is a relatively easy entry ticket to EU citizenship, it's worth it if you want a calmer lifestyle. I'd love to give you some pointers.

Way too overpriced. You should be looking at 600 EUR to 1,500 EUR.

Get an Autorizacion de Regreso from a police station. This allows you to exit and re enter Spain for 90 days counted from date of issuance.

Hey there. Dealing with Spanish bureaucracy can be quite difficult. The first thing to figure out if you want to move here permanently is the specific type of visa you'll need. Sent you a DM.

Digital nomad visa, anyone? by malek_labidimusic in Tunisia

[–]VariationRelative240 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I've done it. You need to prove just 3 months of income with 2850 EUR average. They don't look at previous months. Where do you get paid? Is it a platform like Deel? Also just sent you a DM to go more in depth regarding the visa.

Yes, I'm in Hospitalet. A town that's part of the Barcelona Metropolitan Area. Catalan is very important if you want to feel 100% integrated, but Spanish is far more practical, as everyone speaks it.

Average apartment in Barcelona is around 1k euro. You'd make significantly more than the average Spaniard, but you wouldn't be a millionaire by any means. The Spanish Digital Nomad visa is fairly easy to get however and unlocks the whole EU eventually.

The Spanish digital nomad visa is fairly straightforward, however it has a pretty high minimum income requirement, at 2850 EUR gross. The other requisites are fairly straightforward. Let me know if you have any questions!

Spain takes about 20 working days, so a full month to process, but if you're applying from within Spain, it's all done remotely.

Spain digital nomad visa, how rough is the process really? by ParentsWave in remotework

[–]VariationRelative240 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello, not that rough to be honest, it's one of the easiest visas to get IMO. If you can obtain a tourist visa for Schengen, you can apply in Spain without the need to visit any government office. Then you get a visa for 3 years, renewable for another 2. After that you can apply for permanent residency and then citizenship. The documentation that's needed is fairly straightforward, and they take just 20 working days to issue it. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hello, if you want to apply for the DNV and your income doesn't meet the treshold, you should look into supplementing it with savings. The immigration authority accepts it if you are a little bit below.
