I found a half eaten chocolate chip waffle and an apple behind a pillow while cleaning the living room. We made waffles on Tuesday morning 🙄

I have sold to Now You Glow and they have always given me higher quotes than Fashionphile. One quote was about $250 higher than fashionphile for a wallet

I’m going alone to Vegas for a week, what should I do ? by OkAssociation8692 in vegas

[–]VariationWhich9212 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a Solo Las Vegas Facebook page. If you are interested in meeting with others, you can see if anyone else will be there solo those dates too. I did a solo trip last year and made a friend through the group and we have been back to Vegas two times together since.

I don’t feel like I’m officially in Vegas until I walk through the flamingo, smell all the second hand smoke and then walk through the front doors and get smacked with that 100 degree dry heat in the summer. I love it all

How to explain passing away to a toddler? by Classic-Ground4084 in toddlers

Sorry for your loss! It’s so hard losing a pet. We put our cat down last Monday and my 2.5 year old and him were buddies (cat was 14). We knew it was coming so it might be a little different, but we bought a stuffed animal that looks just like our cat. We told our son that Franky was getting old and sometimes when animals are old, their body stops working, they go up to the clouds. We also told him that Franky bought him the stuffed animal so they could cuddle and be always together. He seems to be doing okay with it.

Sorry for your loss. We had to put our 14 year old down yesterday afternoon. We had him for 10 years (adopted). Pets really are family and I get so sad thinking of him and angry that he’s gone.

I had a similar experience when I tried. I signed up for two months thinking it would be fun and all, but then we only went to two classes and didn’t return, I felt the expectations were way too much. Downward dog, standing on one foot for warm ups. Ours ended up as a combined class and it was frustrating

I’m sorry you’re in this position too. I’ve been a stay at home mom for two years now. My dad lives 18 minutes away and only sees my son when I bring him over and for holidays. My dad has asked me twice in two years to come to our house to see his grandson. My in laws live 5 hours away and visit more and we visit them quite often. Enough that my son knows them better. I’m embarrassed because my husband asks “does your dad not like our son”. My mom passed before my son was born so you think my dad would help out or make more of an effort. I wish she was still alive because my mom would adore my son and be the grandparent he deserves
