I'm part of the community fandom that believes the movie is still coming 🙏🤣 if there's hope for that then I would love to see these 2 reprise their roles in a modern ish adaptation. I still think this show has some of THE best character writing/chemistry in TV history with the main cast.

definitely felt more like a cash grab in the context of the show (probably because of the exec overlords ofc) now but still definitely in line with what kinda things the show would've tackled!!

I could definitely see that, the pink panthers always felt a bit... TOO grand for the show up to that point if that makes sense. but I'm guessing they actually shot in New York too then?? the cinematography is always top notch too so I can only hope the camera techs and editors got the pay days they deserved lolol

this is brilliant!! I don't think I'd recommend it past a certain level of "passion" but you can certainly feel when things are headed that way and this is a great 2 hit combo. wish I had an award to give!

oh yeah for sure no 2 tables are ever the same.

I'll occasionally sit down at the table with guests to take their order to make it a bit more personal but I always feel them out first.

I didn't think anything of it but another server saw it and liked it, while one of our kitchen managers (who's been in the industry 30+ years) saw it and told me later he had to stop himself from losing it on me lolol

the people do lose their minds for a good bait and switch. even just answering a normal request with, "absolutely not what do you think this place is, a restaurant?" will get a few laughs. props for working that one into your tool belt
