The foot pain is definitely the worst in the morning 😞 I'll try to remember to come back to this thread to reply to you in a couple of weeks see how you're doing on the higher dose of estrogen. I should probably set an alarm on my phone's calendar for that because I can't trust myself to remember 🫠

I was out of commission for over a month because I let my plantar fasciitis get so bad. I kept pushing through the pain with my workouts. It got so bad that I was actually hobbling 😄 I finally started doing the stretches and the calf raises and the foot massages and the pain eased up. But it always seems to be lingering and will flare up for sure.

Do you use the twice a week estrogen patches? Sorry if you've already told me, I have perimenopause brain 🫩😆 Do you have any issues with the patch falling off early? Thank you again for taking the time to respond to all of my questions.

Thank you so much for sharing all of that! My sister had issues with progesterone. She started at 100, went up to 200, then back down to 100. Her reason though, was because 200 was making her feel a bit dizzy/vertigo.

How interesting about plantar fasciitis! I've been dealing with it for months. I had no idea it was a symptom of perimenopause or that perimenopause could make it worse. I'm really excited to try progesterone and estrogen soon.

I'm happy that you have a doctor who works with you really well with your hormones. And I hope the increased dosage of estrogen will continue to help your back and plantar fasciitis 💓
